About NEW companies, I love to see a new project or idea take off and go for the GOLD!!! Start up's are what this country was founded on... And every BIG company was once a start up. Love helping grow these and the passion that is involved in working on these projects on a day to day basis. I enjoy working with Large companies as well, the NEW Project or item they are developing. Creating something NEW, FRESH or REVAMPED.
